Seed capital · AI venture building · Singapore
We don't just fund companies. We build them with you.
wGrow Labs works with founders who understand a hard problem better than anyone else. We bring up to SGD 500K in seed capital and a production engineering team. You keep the lead.
A real company, in production
A fund writes cheques. An agency writes code. A lab does both, as one team.
We began as wGrow Ventures. In practice our engineers were designing, shipping and running the product next to the founder. “Labs” is the more accurate name.
Why a labCapital gets the company started. Engineering gets it built.
Two offers, planned as one. Each has its own page with the detail: how the money works, how the build runs, who we build with and the terms we hold ourselves to.
You bring the domain. We bring an engineering organisation with eighteen years of track record.
Every lab venture is built by wGrow Technologies, a Singapore engineering firm that has shipped and maintained production systems for government bodies, hospitals, law firms and multinationals since 2008. In 2026 it re-formed around AI agent crews.
Delivering continuously since 2008
Production deployments under PDPA controls
Sectors, from healthcare to the data centre
Longest client whose systems we still patch every month
AI engagements live in production
Offices: Singapore, Johor Bahru, Jakarta

We don't ship “an AI agent.” We ship crews.
A single agent in production is fragile. A small crew is something you can ship and audit: narrow agents, a real evaluation harness and a named human who approves the result. Six crews are at work now.
Science, engineered for the market.

An NUS postdoctoral spinout. We built AquaMind, its agentic expert team, and run the adaptive treatment loops in production with a release every week. Pre-A closed · Series A open.

Begin the conversation
What important problem can you see more clearly than others?
You don't need a polished pitch deck. Send a short, non-confidential introduction: the problem, your connection to it, what exists today and what you want to build.
- 01
Tell us the opportunity
The problem, who pays to solve it, and where you need help.
- 02
We review the fit
Founder, problem, potential business, and where the lab can contribute meaningfully.
- 03
A private conversation
If there may be a fit, we discuss expectations and a possible build plan.
